We’ve introduced lots of new elements, with pulses perfectly complementing our light succulent fish dishes and seasonal vegetables balancing the great flavours of our quality British reared meat.

For our spring menu, we've searched far and wide for the country’s best food suppliers. From the fields of Hampshire to the banks of the River Wye, we’ve found seasonal produce bursting with spring flavours.
Owton's Chalcroft Farm Butchers: All of our quality, succulent meat comes courtesy of our friends at Owton's Chalcroft Farm, the quintessential traditional family butchers. The Owton family have been farming at Chalcroft in Hampshire for over 600 years, winning awards for their products from the Q Guild Of Butchers and Great Taste Awards.
Hampshire Fare: Fuller’s actively encourages our spring vegetable suppliers to support Hampshire Fare, a not-for-profit organisation which works with local farmers and growers, championing quality produce and craft communities.
Severn & Wye Smokery: Try our succulent London Porter hot-smoked salmon and you’ll taste the centuries-old curing techniques used by the Severn & Wye Smokery in Gloucestershire. Owner Cookie is passionate about smoking only the finest fish from sustainable sources. This passion, coupled with our own expertise in brewing London’s best beer, has created this fabulous-tasting salmon.
Bread Factory: Our beautiful sourdough bread is freshly baked at London’s leading artisan bakery. Using the finest ingredients, skilful bakers, and a traditional slow-baking approach, these hand-crafted loaves perfectly complement our seasonal spring dishes and our great tasting new sandwiches.
